Up to 30 days to return your order!
SIMPLE STEPS ON HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN
- Write to us via WhatsApp (+34 616 26 68 16) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return shipping is free on your first order only.
What does this mean?
- If it's your first order and you're not satisfied, you can return the entire order, and we'll cover the return shipping costs. If you're returning only part of the shipment, the conditions are different (read the conditions carefully below).
- If this isn't your first order, return shipping costs will be charged. Contact us and we'll resolve the issue easily.
IMPORTANT:
- Do not throw away the original packaging, as you will need it for the return. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept it.
- Please read the rest of the return conditions first.
If you want to return the entire order:
- You have 48 hours from receiving the package to notify us via WhatsApp that you no longer want it. You can return all the parts in the order, provided they are in their original packaging. In this case, return shipping is free if this is your first order. Once you have contacted us, we will provide you with instructions to follow, and you will receive a digital label by email so you can take your package to the Post Office.
- After the first 48 hours of receipt, and in case you haven't been able to contact us via WhatsApp within the first 48 hours, you still have 28 more days to return unused KUUS items (they must be in perfect condition) and in their original packaging.
* Write to us again via WhatsApp within 30 days of receiving the products.
* Please note that in this case, you can only return loose ceramic pieces (ceramic pieces, chains, charms, bracelets, etc.).
* You cannot return hopes that have a fastening system that inserts through the ear hole, for health reasons, since over time, we cannot guarantee that they have not been used. Although we trust you 100%, we do so for the other customers who will purchase the products later.
- If your order was eligible for the free shipping promotion: If the return is for only part of the order, and the portion you keep is less than the minimum order quantity stipulated in the free shipping promotion, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. This means that the corresponding shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. This way, we prevent overpurchasing.
- No exchanges. Only returns.
- WE WILL REFUND THE AMOUNT AS SOON AS WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN PACKAGE AND CHECK THAT EVERYTHING IS PERFECT, WITHOUT ANY SCRATCHES ON THE INSIDE OF THE PIECES, WHICH DETERMINES WHETHER THEY HAVE BEEN USED.
